1. Data We Collect

We collect your email address (for authentication), uploaded resume PDFs (for AI analysis), and interview Q&A history (for feedback tracking).

2. How We Use Your Data

Your resume is processed by our AI to generate personalized interview questions and answers. We use Groq (Meta Llama-3) for AI inference and Supabase for secure data storage. Your data is never sold to third parties.

3. Data Storage

All data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled. Each user can only access their own data. Data is encrypted at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

Groq API — Processes your questions for AI answers (data is not stored by Groq).
Supabase — Authentication and database hosting (AWS infrastructure).

5. Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), you have the right to:

Access all your stored data
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and all associated data
Withdraw consent at any time

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all data (resume, embeddings, sessions, messages) is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Intervu is an AI-powered interview preparation and practice platform. It helps users improve their interview skills through mock interviews, resume analysis, and AI-generated feedback.

2. Acceptable Use

This tool is designed for interview preparation and practice purposes. Users are solely responsible for how they use the platform and the AI-generated content.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data you upload (resumes, answers). AI-generated content (questions, feedback, suggestions) is provided for your personal use.

5. Limitation of Liability

Intervu is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee interview success. AI-generated answers may contain inaccuracies and should be verified before use.

6. Free & Paid Plans

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
